Uncle Andy and Balloons

There is no doubt that Steven loves his Uncle Andy. Andy has spent the most time with Steven since he was living in Indiana and went to Iowa with us. Uncle Andy is a huge help, and he's even willing to change diapers! We definitely love our Uncle Andy!

Steven had never seen balloons before since we can't have them in the house. Josie (our cat) eats the curling ribbon and then throws it back up all over the house. That means no more birthday balloons tied to my chair :( We do have the option of getting balloons and cutting off the ribbon, but that's a pain, and they just stick to the ceiling.
