- We are just an ordinary family serving an extraordinary God, and He has blessed us beyond our wildest dreams. We are high school sweethearts who have been married for eleven years. We adopted our son, Steven, born November 2007 and his biological sister, Michelle, born December 2008 and then added a biological baby, Mabelyn, in March 2011. We also have two critters--Sadie, our Golden Retriever, and Josie, our grey cat.

Little girls are SO much fun!!! Just wait until you get to put her in all the adorable little outfits and do her hair (I'm still waiting for the second one, but it's coming). May you be greatly blessed by your second child!
Congratulations!!!!! How wonderful! All children are blessings, but getting to raise both genders has its own unique specialness. I'm so happy for you guys!
hopefully in the next month, you think about how you cannot possibly name a girl mabel in the suburbs of detroit in 2008 almost 2009. :) p.s. steven isnt five months old. :)
